Returns: All items must be postmarked within 7 business days from delivery date to be eligible for return. If you wish to return an item for a full refund item must be unopened and unused with all seals in place and we will refund original purchase price.We cannot refund shipping charges either way. In event of damage during shipping,we must be informed within 24 hours of package delivery of such damage and we must receive proof of said damage.Proof of damage that would be acceptable would be return of damaged item or digital photo emailed to us of damaged goods in their original packaging.A replacement will be sent out immediately upon receiving proof of damaged item.If replacement is not available we will refund the original purchase price and any shipping charges incurred. Electrical items are guaranteed for 7 days from delivery and cannot be returned after that time. We do not accept returns on used items. Shipping: All items will be shipped from our store within 72 hours of payment being received with delivery confirmation.All orders over $200 will require signature confirmation at time of delivery.If for some reason we cannot ship your item in this time frame you will be notified immediately.All items ship USPS.All prices include shipping inside the Continental USA,Hawaii,Alaska and Peurto Rico.All other locations will pay additional shipping charges according to location.Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for international deliveries as we have no control over customs and international postal services so it may take a little longer than expected. If any item does not meet the return requirements it will be returned to the buyer.
